Privacy policy

This policy describes the personal Alfred assistant and this public information website.

Information Alfred accesses

With its owner's authorization, Alfred can access Google account identity information, Gmail messages and attachments, calendar entries, Drive files, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Tasks. The information accessed depends on the permissions granted and the assistant's activities. The owner also supplies instructions and task information through conversations.

How information is used

Alfred uses this information to provide personal-assistant functions: finding information, summarizing content, organizing tasks, planning and carrying out authorized actions. Examples include preparing messages, working with documents and managing calendar events. This website does not offer a service to the public or sell access to connected account data.

AI services and message delivery

Relevant instructions and connected-account content may be sent to configured AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to produce responses or perform tasks. Telegram carries the owner's messages and assistant replies, which may contain summaries of connected-account information. Processing is therefore not entirely local. These services handle the information they receive under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Storage and retention

The assistant's operational records and conversation history are stored on its owner's computer and may be included in backups or task handoffs. AI providers and messaging services may also retain information they process under their own policies. There is no fixed automatic deletion period stated for Alfred's local records; retention and removal are managed by the owner.

Access credentials are separate from this public website. No Google tokens, private conversations or connected-account records are intentionally published as website content.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

The owner can review or revoke Google's authorization through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future Google API access under the revoked grant. It does not automatically delete previously stored messages, documents, logs or backups.

This website

These are static information pages. The authored pages have no sign-in form, advertising, analytics scripts or application cookies. The hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. It may also set security cookies and add automated-abuse detection code.
